It is compatible with iPad Mini (6th–7th gen, 8.3″), iPad (7th–9th gen, 10.2″), iPad (10th–11th gen with A16 chip), iPad Pro 11″ (1st–4th gen), and iPad Pro 12.9″ (all generations), depending on the selected enclosure.

Are the mounts individually keyed? If not, are there security features in place to prevent members of the public from purchasing a matching key and unlocking tablets that do not belong to them?

Yes, each mount is individually keyed with its own unique key for security. If you choose the Keyed Alike Upgrade, all of your enclosures can be opened with the same key for convenience, while still using a unique key combination. We also take security seriously when it comes to replacement keys. Members of the public cannot simply purchase a matching key to access your enclosures. Key requests are verified to help ensure that only authorized owners can obtain replacements, helping protect your tablets from unauthorized access or theft.

Can I buy replacement keys or locks?

Yes. You may order a replacement cylinder and key set, or order replacement keys through customer support.

Do you offer keyed‑alike or master‑key options?

Yes, the keyed‑alike upgrade lets one key open multiple enclosures; a master key is available on request for bulk customers.

What warranty do your products have?

All products come with a 2‑year manufacturer’s warranty.
